Nadia is Head of People at Todoist, leading people strategy and culture for a distributed team across 35+ countries. Over the past decade, she has scaled some of tech’s most prominent remote-first organizations through rapid global expansion, including Remote.com from 70 to 1,000 employees and GitLab from 75 to 1,300 through its successful IPO. Outside of work, she can usually be found experimenting with food, weightlifting, running, mountain biking or going on some or other outdoor adventure with her family.
